– Larceny Barrel Proof Batch #A120 is the debut release of Larceny Barrel Proof from Heaven Hill, which is blended from wheated Bourbons six to eight years old. The nose is strong and rich with notes of maple bars, warm pipe tobacco, cinnamon, and Cracker Jacks. The mouth-feel is silky and thick with a flavor profile that builds on the nose with the addition of caramel sauce, vanilla, toasted oak, and surprising hint of fig, while the finish is nice and smooth with a linger of dark chocolate.
